1. Services


Royal Crown Consultancy (“the Company”) provides educational consulting, admission facilitation, documentation, and related advisory services in partnership with recognized international universities.


Services are rendered only after official confirmation from the Company.


Authorized consultants may offer guidance and collect consultancy fees only.


All university or tuition payments must be made directly to the respective university or to Royal Crown Consultancy’s official corporate account listed on this website.


The Company shall not be responsible for any payments made to individuals, personal bank accounts, or cash transactions outside official channels.

2. Authorized Consultants


Royal Crown Consultancy operates through formally appointed consultants whose names appear on its official website or documentation.

Consultants are strictly limited to collecting consultancy fees as per their appointment letters.

Any consultant or employee who accepts admission, tuition, or other payments personally acts without Company authorization, and such transactions are invalid.

3. Payment Policy


3.1 Accepted Methods


Payments are accepted only through:


Direct transfer or deposit to Royal Crown Consultancy’s official bank account(s); or


Direct payment to the partner university’s account.



3.2 Invalid Payments


Any payment made in cash by hand, to personal accounts, or through unauthorized intermediaries will not be recognized.


A valid payment is confirmed only when supported by an official Royal Crown Consultancy receipt bearing the Company’s signature or stamp.



3.3 Payment Timing


Full payment must be made within the time limit stated in the admission or service offer.


Partial or delayed payments may result in automatic cancellation or forfeiture of the service.



3.4 Non-Transferability


Payments made for one client or service cannot be transferred to another client or purpose.

4. Refund Policy


4.1 Eligibility


A refund may be considered only when:


1. Royal Crown Consultancy has received full payment into its official account; and



2. The Company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to its own internal error.




4.2 Non-Refundable Conditions


Refunds will not be granted when:


The client fails to submit required documents or respond within deadlines;


The client withdraws after the admission process has started;


The partner university, embassy, or authority rejects an application for reasons beyond the Company’s control;


Payment was made to a personal account or in cash by hand;


Fourteen (14) days have passed since the date of payment.



After 14 days from payment, no refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances.


4.3 Procedure and Timeline


Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment.


Valid refunds, once approved, are processed within 30 business days to the original payer’s account.


Bank or remittance charges are non-refundable.

5. Liability Disclaimer


Royal Crown Consultancy shall not be liable for:


Acts of third-party universities, embassies, or service providers;


Payments made outside official Company channels;


Misuse of the Company’s name or materials by unauthorized persons;


Any consultant or employee acting outside written authority.



The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual misusing its name or collecting funds unlawfully.

6. Applicable Law


Royal Crown Consultancy operates under the legal framework of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

All its services, policies, and transactions follow Pakistani commercial and consumer regulations.

7. Official Document Disclaimer


Royal Crown Consultancy issues all official documents — including receipts, invoices, offer letters, and confirmations — only with an authorized Company signature or stamp.


7.1 Unauthorized or Invalid Documents


Any document or receipt:


that bears only the Company logo but no signature or stamp, or


that states payment was received by an employee personally or into a personal account, or


that cannot be verified in the Company’s internal records,



shall be considered unauthorized, invalid, and non-binding on Royal Crown Consultancy.


The Company does not recognize such documents as proof of payment, confirmation, or agreement of any kind.


7.2 Misuse of Company Identity


The use of the Royal Crown Consultancy name, logo, or materials without authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud and misrepresentation under applicable laws.


The Company reserves the right to take legal action against anyone misusing its name, logo, or branding.


7.3 Client Advisory


Clients and partner institutions are strongly advised to verify every document before relying on it.

Only documents bearing a valid Company signature or stamp are recognized as genuine and legally valid.


Royal Crown Consultancy shall not be responsible for any loss or misunderstanding caused by documents lacking a proper signature or stamp.
